DUTIES:

– Supervision of construction progress and quality under the guidance of the responsible construction supervisor

– Evaluation of technical documentation

– Meeting minutes taking

– Preparation of reports

REQUIREMENTS:

– Completed studies in construction/architecture (or a final-year student)

– Accuracy and independence

– Skills in preparing project documentation

– Good communication skills

– Positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and clients

– Excellent command of Latvian, Russian, and English
