Office Administrator

DUTIES:

– Ensure the creation and maintenance of a positive atmosphere in the office

– Ensure the company’s electronic document management process

– Maintain and develop the company’s operational documentation

– Participate in project team activities

– Prepare documents in Latvian and English

REQUIREMENTS:

– Previous work experience

– Good knowledge of record-keeping and document preparation

– Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities

– Strong sense of responsibility and ability to organize work independently

– Positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and clients

– Excellent command of Latvian and English

            8:30 – 17:00, full-time or part-time.
