On 15. June 2018 with celebration and encasing of time capsule started SWH office center housing connection structure construction, one of the most important parts of the reconstruction process of office building center at Skanstes street 50A, 52, 52A.
In July 2018 at Kārļa Ulmaņa avenue 70, Riga Jaguar Land Rover auto center construction work started.
In 25. September 2018 time capsule embedding and celebration "Inchcape Motors Latvia" has begun construction of the largest auto center in the Baltic States "Jaguar Land Rover".
